Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By using disportal.net or the Disportal Discord bot you agree to these terms and to our Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You log in with Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country.

When you log in we add you to the official Disportal Discord server, where review updates are posted. You can leave it at any time.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the descriptions, images and reviews you submit. You give Disportal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote that content on Disportal and its Discord server for as long as it is listed.

You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it follows our Guidelines.

4. Votes, bumps and rankings

Votes are limited to once per 12 hours per listing and bumps to once per 2 hours per server. Manipulating votes, reviews or rankings — including with alt accounts, scripts or rewards — can lead to removal of listings and accounts.

5. Moderation

We may review, refuse, edit the visibility of, suspend or remove any listing, review or account that breaks these terms or the Guidelines. We try to always give a reason.

6. Third-party bots and servers

Listings are run by their owners, not by Disportal. Inviting a bot or joining a server is at your own risk. Check the permissions a bot requests before you invite it.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Disportal is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything done by listed bots, servers or other users.

Disportal is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site or in our Discord. Continuing to use Disportal after a change means you accept it.
